Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant

I am a graduate from the University of British Columbia after completing a Certificate in Immigration: Laws, Policies, and Procedures. In 2013, I successfully completed the Federal exam and became a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, (RCIC); since then I am a proud member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), which is the regulator in Canada for Immigration Consultants.

The ICCRC is appointed by government of Canada to regulate the immigration consulting profession and also protect clients’ interests. Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants, Canadian Immigration lawyers, and Quebec Notaries are the only individuals legally authorised to represent clients before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) and the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).

Before committing to a representative, it is important to confirm that they are authorised by the Government of Canada to represent you. I am authorised by the Federal Government of Canada to represent clients in immigration matters; please check the link below for a list of all regulated Canadian immigration consultants.

As an immigrant myself (I emigrated from Poland many years ago) my own experience in settling in Canada gives me a broader perspective on the issues important to visitors and new Canadians.

I am looking forward to helping you with your life-changing journey.
